On the palate the tannins are supple and warm. The structure is ample with notes of forest fruits and a supple finish. This wine will be very appreciated during your aperitifs with platters of charcuterie and cheese. This charming wine goes very well with summer vegetables gratin, lamb, barbecued meats as well as a nice piece of beef
