We like crazy experimental wines and finding some wierd funky wines somedays, but not everyday- some days you want an absolutely perfect classic wine that tastes like a perfect rep resentation of its region. This is great Chablis and tastes like great Chablis. Green apple and minerality dominate with some nice texture as well from this iconic home of Chardonnay. Some nice ripe peach notes as well, drink now or age for years and years and years. Show more
