This hauberk can be worn by itself, over a gambeson, or under plate armor. We have designed this 10mm flat washer, round-ring chainmail hauberk with full sleeves and a rider's slit to maximize mobility and reduce weight for all-day wear. The sleeves are also graduated so as not to leave excess material hindering movement and adding weight. Note that these sleeves are designed to "ride up" a bit when fighting and should be allowed to move. If worn with bracers, they should be worn above the wrist strap to allow for movement.
