To select the correct bracelet size, please take the measurement around your wrist and add 1/2 inch. The average Woman's bracelet size is 7 inches, and the average Men's bracelet size is 8 inches. If the bracelet size you require is not listed, please send us a message to create a custom sized bracelet for you. For example: My wrist measures at 6.75" and I wear a 7" for my snug fit and 7.5" for my loose fit. All bracelets are cleansed before shipping! To cleanse your crystal bracelet you can use any form of a smudge stick or bundle ( I typically use sage, palo santo wood, or incense).
