Root chakra tea: Located in the base of the spine. The root chakra is responsible for the feeling of security and survival. You must balance this chakra in order to balance the other chakras. The sacral chakra is where our creativity is stored as well as the emotions. An unbalanced throat chakra can feel like you are consistently being judged by others, unable to listen twice as much as you speak, and unable to express yourself. Ingredients: Spearmint, and bayberry Third eye chakra tea: Located in between the eyebrows. This chakra is where common sense, wisdom, spiritualty, and intuition is housed. When this chakra is unbalanced, there is a lack of inner wisdom, difficulty tapping into the spiritual realm, and lack of trusting your intuition. Ingredients: Blueberry, and lavender Crown chakra tea: Located at the top of the head. The crown chakra is where your highest self and the divine meet. An unbalanced crown chakra may cause the inability to trust yourself and life path, unable to see past the physical, and may feel anger towards the higher source/God/Universe. Ingredients: Elderberry and jasmine Made to order. Can be used as bath and foot soaks as well. Directions: Place a generous 1 teaspoon of the herbs into a cup or jar of your choice. Pour boiling water over herbs and steep for 10-15 minutes covered and speak your words of affirmation over your cup.
