Wolstonbury CHALK 2021 By hand with heart, planted 2015. Hand-picked. Whole bunch pressed to ensure the utmost quality and freshness from our vineyard at the foot of Wolstonbury Hill. Our CHALK 2021 is a perfect celebration sparkling wine, fusing wild pear, red apple and soft peach with a subtle lemon note in a deeply refreshing, dry, cheeky fizz. Imbuing the wonderful South Downs chalk soil upon which our vineyard is planted, we refined CHALK 2021 to embody the mineral liveliness of our hand-planted vineyard with crisp yet delicate bubbles of lemon sherbet. Harvested by hand on 7th October 2021 and pressed the same day, we produced a limited batch of just over 2000 bottles, all of which are uniquely numbered.
