Our Chalk Stream branded bottle pumps are the only plastic part we have, it turns out that non plastic pumps don’t work very well or last as long. Like all things meant to last our pumps do need a little TLC, when you refill your bottle simply pump some warm clean water through the pump to rinse it out and it should be good to go for years. However, if your pump stops working within a year of purchase just let us know via our contact page, and we will send you a replacement, no questions asked.
