Whole Chamomile Flowers are used alone or in combination with other herbs and spices to make tea blends. Add the flowers to salad dressings, soups, stews and teas. Use 1 TSP per 6 oz of water. Bring water to just short of boiling (160-180 degrees F). Steep tea for 3+ minutes, testing as you go. Steeping too long will result in a bitter tea. Show more
