Hi friends, unfortunately Chamomile is currently out of stock but will be back in a couple months. In 2024 one of the farms we work closely with conducted a cover cropping of the fields where they cultivate chamomile in order to let the fields rest and rejuvenate for a season. This is of course a common practice in regenerative and biodynamic farming. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask. It’s important to emphasize that every component of this blend comes from small independent organically certified farms in the northeast United States. As always Those farms operate entirely under natural, organic and biodynamic farming principles and no agrochemicals of any kind were used in their cultivation. These plants were either hand or machine harvested and then immediately processed and dried on site in environmentally controlled spaces to maximize potency and vibrancy. We’ve chosen to share these blends in a cut form rather than whole leaves as this increases surface area speeding up extraction. Considering the cut form and just how fresh these herbs are a little tends to go a long way. Please experiment with dose and find something that suits your serving size, water and palate. That dose could be as little as 3 grams or perhaps as much as 6 grams depending on what you’re going for.
