Our chamomile flowers are sourced from a small farm in the Himalayan mountains of the Kangra district in Himachal Pradesh. The blossoms are carefully handpicked to ensure the delic ate flowers are kept whole and beautiful. Enjoy a peaceful cup of chamomile tea during the night for blissful sleep and sweet dreams or throughout the day when a moment of calm is needed.In general herbal tisanes are steep at near boiling temperatures, however we have found that chamomile has bitter compounds that are extracted at higher temperatures.
