Champagne Drop, 2026 Pendant in recycled sterling silver with quartz. A pendant exploring translucency, attachment, and modular adornment. Sculpted in wax and cast in silver, Champagne Drop presents a suspended field of neutral colour, designed to move between chains and contexts. The Story Champagne Drop forms part of Annie King’s exploration of modular jewellery systems and the relationship between object and wearer. The softly tinted quartz is held within an organic bezel, its surface shaped intuitively to echo geological formation and natural containment. An antique-style Albert swivel clasp allows the pendant to migrate across chains, inviting reconfiguration and personal composition. Rather than a fixed object, the piece functions as a component—adaptable, intimate, and responsive to the wearer’s evolving narrative.
