Cheers to this zingy, bright vinegar, which owes its crisp taste and golden color to effervescent champagne. Each batch starts with hand-picked grapes from France’s grand cru-rated vineyards—the very same used to make your favorite glass of bubbly.Pressed and aged in oak barrels for optimal flavor, the finished vinegar is perfect for perking up pan sauces, marinades and dressings. We especially love it mixed with Dijon mustard, olive oil, minced shallots and seasonings to create a winning vinaigrette!Ingredients : Grand Cru French White Wine Vinegar12.7 oz.
