All stretch headwraps come pre tied and are meant to easily slip on and off the head. "Baby" size fits approximately 0-6 months, "Child/Toddler" size fit 6mo-10 years+ based on our pre-tied measurement. When/if wraps are untied, they can be retied in one of our other ways, per the instructions that come with every order receipt.
