Leather holder size: 5” x 3” The top and bottom name plates can be up to 2 lines. Specify what you would like on each line on the form. The center seal of the badge can be changed to any state seal, chaplain cross seal, Liberty and Justice for All, Integrity and Proud to Serve, fire chaplain Star of David, fire chaplain cross, Star of David, Puerto Rico, Police/Fire/EMS.
