Car e Instructions: Wipe with a damp cloth or sponge and towel dry before first use. Do no soak in water - the wood could warp, crack or separate. Use a food-grade mineral oil prior to the first use to enhance the stain resistant properties. Occasionally recondition to maintain stain resistance Apply food-grade oil in the direction of the wood grain using a clean and dry cloth. Allow the oil to soak in and repeat with another application. After allowing the second coat of oil to soak into the board for a few minutes, wipe off any excess oil. Do not use in microwave or conventional oven. Hand wash only after each use. Show more
