Bright pink and white long stems make this chard both beautiful and easy to harvest. Dark green leaves have a deep savoy (ruffled texture) for higher volume of green per leaf. Pepp ermint chard also has a strong disease tolerance and bolt resistance. This is our second favorite chard after Forhook.
