Appellation: Red Mountain Varietal Composition: 100% Chardonnay On the nose: Freshly mown lawn clippings, toffee, and morning dew. On the palate: Creamy with vegetal flavors, rosem ary, and dark-skinned lemon, followed by riverbed-mineral finish with gentle green tea remnants. Winemaking: Fermented for 40 days. 25% fermented with Nobile American blend oak chips.Inoculated with Malolactic Bacteria to lower malic acid.Bentonite fined during primary fermentation and cold stabilized afterwards.Filtered at bottling for stability and clarity.
