Our Estate Grown Chardonnay is made from Chardonnay grapes, alongside a 1.3% Viognier, Pinot Manseng/Pinot Blanc blend from our stunning vineyards of the Salinas Valley in the Mont erey AVA. Aged in French Oak, this wine has a brilliant straw color, with a nose of citrus, pear, and crisp apple. These fruits are lined with floral notes and hints of brioche and toast. Tasting & Details Vinification The vineyards are Sustainably Farmed. Cool climate growing conditions with morning fog lingering until mid-day. The vineyards are located just outside of Greenfield, CA. Whole cluster pressed, chilled/cold settled and racked clean before fermentation, slowly fermented at cool temperatures, +/- 30% French Oak Color Brilliant straw color. Nose Red apple and pear notes are lined with tropical citrus. Palate Rich and creamy palate with a firm acidity. Serving Suggestions Pairs well with mild cheeses, seafood, cream sauces, roasted chicken, white fish, and zesty vegetable dishes. Show more
