Lots of lees stirring created a textural Chardonnay with soft fleshy fruit and creamy mouthfeel. Classic Yarra with my own spin: bright, textural, soft, balanced. Single Vineyard C hardonnay showing the personality of the Yarra. This is classic Yarra Valley Chardonnay but with my own spin.
