Paying CHARM Maintenance entitles you to continued support for the application(s). You can also download and install updates to the applications and receive the software keys needed to run them. Price includes access to and maintenance for both flat and complex terrain versions. If your maintenance agreement is out of date for more than a year, the cost of the latest versions of CHARM and renewal of maintenance is the price of your last annual maintenance times the number of years you have been out of date plus the price for the current maintenance interval or the price of a new license, whichever is lower.
