Strawberry, Pear + Elderflower Sparkling Wine Wine Tasting Notes A beautiful peach coloured wine with fine persistent beads (that's fancy for bubbles folks). Smells heavenly; like a freshly opened strawberry punnet with hints of mango and watermelon. Taste wise, can I just say 'Yum!'...?? I mean c'mon, it's strawberries, pears and elderflowers with fizz, a little sweet but not too sweet, a nice touch of acidity and a surprisingly long finish ~ what's not to love?! I am sure it will charm you as much it has charmed me 💞 And yes, every bottle comes with a wee charm! Winemaking Notes The strawberries were from local grower Wee Red Barn, pears from our own Grandmother pear tree and elderflowers from our property that had been dried earlier in the season. This was started in April 2025 and bottled in July just before it completed its fermentation to capture the remaining gas for that lovely bit of sparkle! 11% ABV Minimal sulfites Vegan + gluten free
