Size: For the time being we do have sizes ranging from small to large. Length of each size: Small (10.5-15") Medium (13-21.5")Large (15.5 -24.5) Width is 1 inch. If your dog has a long name (or you are using 5+ charms) and you are between two sizes we recommend sizing up. The collar is adjustable!! so if your dog is still a puppy, just make it larger as he/she grows! Need more charms? contact us trough email or Instagram! Assembly time: We try to assembly your personalized collar as soon as possible, but due to high demand, it might take us up to a day to have it ready to ship. Color: Even though we try to match our colors 100% consider that there might be slightly different tone in color compared to our visualizer (trust me, it's even prettier in person) Delivery: We deliver our orders everyday at 12 pm CST and orders after that will be shipped the next business day.
