The current vineyard was established in 2011, with bush vines planted on decomposed shale soils at an elevation of 209 metres. The fruit is hand harvested, destemmed and pressed into a stainless-steel tank, where fermentation takes place naturally. Malolactic fermentation is blocked. The wine is aged in neutral vessels until bottling. A fresh and light interpretation of Grenache Blanc, it’s aromatic with a steely citrus character.
