The Chaska is a 350 mm up-and-down wall light — two integrated LEDs, 8 W, 490 lm at 3000 K — in black, copper, gold or silver. ⛔ Do not specify this for a bathroom until we confirm it. An earlier version of this page claimed an IP44 rating and called it ideal for bathrooms — while its own specification, printed lower on the same page, said IP20. Our record says IP20 as well. Up and down from a slim body 90 mm wide, 350 mm tall, 100 mm projection, on a 60 mm backplate. Two LEDs fire in opposite directions, so you get one column of light up the wall and one down — the architectural effect, which grazes the surface and shows its texture rather than lighting the room. The backplate is smaller than the fitting A detail worth having: the 60 mm backplate sits behind a 90 mm body, so the light appears to float slightly off the wall rather than sit flat against it. On a run down a hallway that shadow line is what stops four identical fittings looking like a row of boxes. Four finishes, and two of them are uncommon Copper — warm and pink, rare on a wall light. Gold — the classic warm metal. Silver — cool and neutral, softer than chrome. Black — graphic, disappears by day. All in a smooth matt texture. 3000 K only, and it does not dim No colour selection, no dimmer: warm white at one level. That is a simpler proposition than most of this range, and on a corridor or a stair it is all you need. But if you want to change the mood, this is not the fitting.
