Château Beaubois is located 20km from Nîmes on the shores of a lake near the Camargue natural park, in the Costières de Nîmes appellation. The estate is now run by brother and sister François and Fanny — the fourth generation of winemakers. François devotes himself to the vines, always seeking new techniques to improve grape quality, while the estate has been farmed biodynamically — one of the most rigorous and holistic approaches to viticulture, working in harmony with natural cycles and avoiding all synthetic inputs.
