This yellow cheddar cheese is creamy with the heat of a buffalo wing sauce. On a scale of 1 - 10 with 10 being most hot, this is about a 8. It's great on a baked potato with butter and sour cream! Also melts wonderfully and makes a great dip or cube it and add to a hamburger for a Buffalo burger! We ship out on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays to ensure the freshness of your product.
