The Cheddo Chunk cheese is truly chunky (7CM). It has a tacky/sticky outer shell and a super soft buttery like texture. It is easy to wash if it picks up fluff. You can mould it in to lots of different shapes as it's non rebound. When you are done squishing you can simply mould it back into the cheese shape.
