Frozen Cheese & Sweet Corn Samoosa South African Indian style cheese, sweetcorn and onion cooked with fresh herbs and spices and wrapped in a thin traditional samoosa pastry. (not filo pastry) Cooking Instructions Cook directly from frozen. For best results, pan fry. Pan fry for about 4-5 minutes in a little vegetable oil on a medium heat until the samosas are golden brown. Drain on paper towel before serving.
