Elastomeric means it will stretch and shrink with the seasons. Flash and Patch performs well on chimney seals, asphalt shingles, roof valleys, seams and flashing. This liquid rubber comes in a black gloss and is able to work in cold conditions as low as 40 °F, as well as in wet conditions; this makes it great for temporary emergency repairs.
