Directions for Use: Dilution Guide: Heavy-duty cleaning: 1 part UBC to 10 parts water General cleaning: 1 part UBC to 20 parts water Remove loose debris and pre-wash surfaces where necessary (use a pressure washer if available). Apply UBC with a brush or low-pressure sprayer. Allow to dwell for 5–10 minutes. Do not let it dry. Rinse thoroughly with clean water (preferably using a pressure washer).
