one of the most magical moments in Scotland in Spring is the abundance of the Cherry Blossom trees. It has been absolutely fortunate for me that my yard has a gorgeous tree, and with it came thousands of adorable little busy birds. Truly a moment of living in the now to grab a coffee and sit under the tree and be still enough to let them settle in around me. It has been an absolute pleasure to sit under this tree and watch the little birds shake the petals down, like having a petal shower to start my day. The trees are almost bare now, but it gave me the chance to spend some time with the birds and create these wee little captures of their magic.
