Cherry Blossom Blend is a washed-process coffee from Nariño and Quindío, Colombia, with tasting notes of black cherry, cola, and dark chocolate. Roasted by Myriade Roasting Co., it 's made from Caturra and Castillo varieties using a Cherry Mosto Co-ferment method — a process that ferments the coffee cherries with their own pulp ("mosto") to intensify fruit-forward sweetness.
