First, the Preservation Kitchen team collected and combined cherries and cranberries from early Fall. Then, they added aromatics – garlic, onion and ginger – along with vinegars an d a medley of spices, to create a unique and distinctly flavorful chutney that celebrates the significant shift from Fall to Winter, which also guides us from one year into the next.
