How to use Warm compress: place the dry pad in a 300–600 W microwave for up to 1 minute, or heat in an oven preheated to 120 °C for about 4 minutes. Microwaves vary — heat in short increments on first use and check temperature each time. Cold compress: place the pad in a clean, dry bag and chill in the freezer for 30–60 minutes. Machine wash cover at up to 40 °C with mild detergent. Ensure the filler and cover are completely dry before reassembly or heating. Keep cherry pits dry at all times; do not wash the filler.
