Bright red blooms add vibrant color to the landscape, as well as attract hummingbirds and butterflies, all summer long. Cherry Sparks is a long-blooming variety that marks an impro vement over previous varieties of penstemon. Strong, upright, 18-20 in. stems keep the blooms visible in borders, cutting gardens and pollinator beds. Add them to mixed gardens for extra color and plenty of flowers. A native to North America, it is easy to grow and maintain. Best in part shade to full sun. Prefers average soil with good drainage. Zones 5-9. Show more
