Dwarf Cherry Tree Stella. Botanical Name: Prunus avium Stella. The large heart-shaped dark red fruit with firm sweet and juicy flesh has a good flavour. Growing to a height of appr oximately 2 – 2.5m at maturity. This variety is very popular for home garden use. Used for fresh fruit, jams and preserves this variety has good cropping capabilities. Upright-growing tree, suitable to grow in cooler climates. Care Plant in a warm, protected area in well-drained soil. Best planted in winter during dormancy.
