Chicken body includes the back rack and the breast part of the chicken. Chicken back rack is rich in collagen and gelatin, as well as minerals such as calcium, phosphorus, potassiu m and magnesium, which are beneficial for joint health and gut lining. Chicken breast is a lean cut of the meat, known as "white meat" as compared to the dark-meat cuts such as chicken thigh. It is a good source of protein, essential for building, repairing of tissues and maintaining muscle mass. It is typically lower in fat compared to other cuts such as thigh and provides essential nutrients such as vitamins A, C, D, selenium, niacin, zinc and potassium.
