I only paid close attention after I wa s diagnosed with Celiac Disease. I was floored that my go-to Chicken Bouillon wasn't gluten-free! I was shocked to realize how unhealthy the ingredients were—so many chemicals, fillers, and natural flavors. I didn't set out to create a Chicken Bouillon; it happened more as an accident.
