The Arepa Place's delicious handmade Empanadas are made from freshly ground corn. These corn pockets are stuffed with mozzarella cheese, shredded chicken, ground beef, or potato an d eggplant before being deep-fried. Each order contains three frozen Empanadas with instructions for preparation. Keep frozen until ready to prepare. Ingredients: Hominy corn, water, salt, sugar, chicken (tomatoes, onion, red pepper, green onion, garlic, salt, vinegar, lemon, chicken bouillon) vegetable oil (canola and/or soybean oil, TBHO and citric acid to protect flavor), dimethypolysiloxane (anti–foaming agent).
