These nuggets are frozen but may thaw in transit but are safe to re-freeze once. These will come with a "Fresh" use by date that can be extended if frozen. Nugget Cooking Instructions: Bake: Preheat oven to 190 degrees Celsius. Spread frozen nuggets on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes. Pan Fry: Heat vegetable oil (1/8″) in skillet until hot.
