Preparation Suggestion For 1kg chicken breast, create a marinade using: 2 tbsp Sanam Chicken Tikka Spice Mix 1 freshly squeezed lemon 1 tbsp fresh ginger & garlic paste 2-3 tablespoons olive oil Wash and cut chicken breast according to preferred size. Marinate thoroughly in all the ingredients and leave 2-12 hours in the fridge. Grill on BBQ or place in oven at 190°C. Or, pour half cup cooking oil in frying pan and cook on low-medium heat.
