Art created by Konstantinos Berios, Greece This striking pattern is a twist on the classic and iconic Polka Dot design. The design was based on a rare physical property of certain liquids called disordered hyperuniformity. It presents an enchantingly uniform arrangement without having any apparent underlying structure or order. Before being digitally colored, this print was composed through the use of an algorithm which dictated the position of each dot with the aim to produce a disordered hyperuniform pattern.
