🐾 Hi, I’m Chief! If you’re looking for a big, snuggly friend who is the absolute epitome of a goofball, look no further. I’m Chief! At 6 years old and a very respectable 90 pounds, there’s just more of me to love. ❤️ My favorite place is wherever you are. I’ll happily follow you around the house, join you for a walk, or climb up beside you for some serious couch time. I’m affectionate, playful, house trained, and I’m great with kids and dogs of all ages. 🐶👧 Cats? I’ve been tested with them and did well. My foster mom thinks I could probably live happily with all sorts of animals. She even has chickens, and apparently I’m supposed to be interested in chasing them. I’m not. 🐔😂 Now, nobody gets to be this handsome without a couple of quirks. I’m still polishing up my house manners. If you leave something delicious on the counter, I may conduct a little unauthorized quality-control inspection. And yes, I have occasionally mistaken the toilet for an oversized water bowl. 🚽💦 We’re working on it. The good news? I don’t bark much, I’m incredibly sweet, and I really love being with my people. I’m not a huge fan of the crate and can get a little mischievous when left to my own devices, so I’d love a family who can spend a little time helping me learn the ropes and continue working on my house manners. I’m a smart guy... I just need someone to explain why countertops aren’t actually dog-level buffets. 😉🐾 Mostly, I’m just a big lovable guy looking for people who want a dog to truly be part of the family.
