Chiesa d'Oro Extrait de Parfum is a unisex floral fragrance inspired by the drawers of the sacristy of the Basilica of San Marco in Venice. Almost oriental scents, reminiscent of t he spices that arrived by sea in the lagoon city. In Venice, apothecaries experimented with these ingredients, blending and measuring them before selling them in small packages called “Venetian sachets.” From that moment on, Venice and the entire world could no longer do without spices, used not only to season food but often to enrich the solemnity and preciousness of rituals inside its cathedral, filled with golden mosaics.
