We do not pierce infants or ANYONE under the age of seven. NO EXCEPTIONS! What to bring for ages 7-11 years old: Birth Certificate for the minor Valid Government ID from Parent/Leg al Guardian IF you are their Legal Guardian, You MUST provide guardianship paperwork. Only BIOLOGICAL Parents or LEGAL Guardians can bring the child. Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, Siblings, Step Parents, ect cannot sign for the minor UNLESS you are their legal guardian.
