R outines are crucial to ensure busy lives are as calm and organised as possible but sometimes children need a little more help understanding what is expected of them. This weekly planner is a great interactive visual aid to assist children with knowing what their responsibilities are and your expectations of them.Children's weekly routine schedules can have several benefits on their overall development and behaviour. Studies have shown that engaging, predictable environments and positive adult-child interactions are important for promoting children's social and emotional development, and preventing challenging behaviours. Here are some benefits of children's weekly routine schedules:1. Sense of security: Routine gives children a sense of security and comfort because they know what to expect. This feeling of security can reduce anxiety and stress and help them develop self-esteem, which is important for their mental and emotional well-being.2. Establish healthy habits: Routine schedules can help children establish healthy habits as they know when it's time to eat, sleep, study, and play. Children tend to feel more in control and confident when they have a predictable routine, which can lead to better self-care habits.3. Promotes independence: Having a routine schedule for children can help them develop a sense of independence and take ownership of their day. By knowing what is expected of them during each day, children are better able to schedule their own activities and take responsibility for their own routine.4. Improved academic performance: Routine schedules can help children focus better and become more disciplined with their studies. By setting aside dedicated time for homework and other educational activities, children are more likely to succeed academically and develop a lifelong love for learning. In conclusion, children's weekly routine schedules can have a positive impact on their overall development and behaviour. By providing children with clear expectations and consistent routines, parents can help their children feel secure, develop healthy habits, and become more independent. The Weekly Planner can be personalised with your child's name and comes with 5 tokens of your choice.
