The Children's Wellbeing Cards have been designed to lovingly encourage children to recognise their important needs. Each card addresses a dimension of one of the seven foundational needs of being human in a way that resonates with children and the child within all of us.There are 28 cards (four for each of the seven needs) along with a 96 page guidebook that has a reading of each card. The cards and guidebook will assist both children and adults to become more aware of their needs and offer a way to affirm them in a simple way and in alignment with the chakras.If a child has a negative perspective of themselves and the world they are more likely to experience many challenges, thus using positive affirmations is central to their wellbeing. Children who are exposed to more positive affirmations about themselves, others and the world have enhanced wellbeing. The Cards and accompanying guidebook will assist children to steer away from pessimistic self-talk and guide them in self-affirming their own capacities and competencies.
