Ancho Chiles are dried poblano peppers. Ancho Chiles have a mild heat and a sweet and rich flavor that is most often showcased in Mexican cuisine. The whole chiles are approximatel y 4-6 inches long and 2-4 inches wide. USES: Use in enchilada sauce, mole or chili.
