This authentic recipe originates from our friends in the great state of Texas. Made with cheddar cheese, tomatoes, jalapeno, chipotle peppers and just the right amount of all the r ight seasonings, it's ideal with crisp tortilla chips, fresh veggies, on homemade fajitas, tacos, enchiladas or quesadillas.
