We replace wheat flour with potato starch and use avocado oil, along with cage-free eggs, to create a healthier yet delicious dish. Each relleno is crafted by hand on grills, never produced on high-speed lines, and then blast-frozen to lock in the freshness and quality we’ve worked so hard to achieve.
